The Vending Machine does have 3 items for sale and if you patient enough to wait while it gradually rotates, it will change to the item you intend to purchase or if you not patient to wait you can as well hit the pickaxe to make it move faster.

 TheVending Machine is strategically placed at various level of the game which enables you purchase items with the materials you acquire at that level and every item you intend to purchase needs a specific amount of materials to get it and the good part is you can purchase as many items as you desire as long as you have the   materials to buy them.
